ABOUT US
Dega Gymnastics Club (DEGA) was born in 2013 and grew in a safe and positive environment, fully equipped with 8300sq meter space.
Our mission is to create positive, family-oriented, and experienced students in the field of gymnastics. DEGA classes aid the children to develop in their lifetime skills such as strong work ethics, confidence, perseverance, healthy lifestyle, and positive self-esteem.
At DEGA, we offer artistic gymnastics classes for all capabilities, genders, and ages, starting from 18 months onwards, from recreational to advanced level. DEGA in the past 10 years has attended so many national and international competitions.
We want to create an environment where all of our athletes develop self-confidence and experiences they Believe in their abilities, and through their effort and dedication they are able to achieve their goals. Not only in sports but in everyday life.

RAVIL
A dedicated artistic gymnastics coach with extensive experience in athlete development and a lifelong connection to the sport.
- Started artistic gymnastics at nearly 11 years old
- Member of the Uzbekistan Regional Team by age 14
- Competed at club, regional, and international levels
- Competitive career ended at 17 due to serious injury
- Graduated from the Uzbek State Institute of Physical Culture and Sports (1988)
- Qualified gymnastics coach and physical education teacher
- Lifelong career dedicated to gymnastics coaching and athlete development
MARYNA
My passion for artistic gymnastics began at the age of three and developed into a competitive career as a member of the Ukrainian National Team. This lifelong dedication is supported by strong academic qualifications, including a Specialist Diploma in Physical Education Teaching and Olympic Sports and a Master’s Degree in Professional Sports specializing in Artistic Gymnastics.

Nura
I am a professional ballet artist, coach, and choreographer with a strong academic foundation and extensive stage experience. Trained from the age of nine at a professional ballet academy and educated at an Art University, I combine classical discipline with modern teaching approaches.
- Having performed on major professional stages and earned recognition as one of the Top 5 dancers in Kazakhstan, I bring high artistic standards into my coaching practice.
- My passion lies in teaching children and young dancers, helping them build strong technique, confidence, and artistry.
- I believe in sharing real professional experience and guiding each student toward visible progress and lasting results.
