This 3 hour class is for selected girls,. Students are taught skills on each of the four main Olympic events: vault, bars, balance beam, and floor, using USA Gymnastics skill progressions. Gymnasts warm-up for the first 1hour, incorporating cardio, flexibility, and strength into their warm-up. The remainder of the class time is equally spent on 3 other events.
